Yes it’s true! What started as a minstry at church for the past 20 years has turned into a business! Blake, Cindy and Bob Bozarth have taken their delicious smoked meats: pulled pork, brisket, baby back ribs on the road. We also offer home-made sides of cole slaw, potato salad, and Cowpoke Pinto Beans. Holy Smokes Barbeque trailer is up and running ….and smoking! We are no longer doing late night BBQ in the West 7th area–just too hard on us old folks and even the young ones!
